The Cruise

I figured I better get a post up before Christmas. Otherwise I'll end up having a whole bunch of pictures of Jackson opening presents and playing with toys, etc. and I'll never get the pictures from before Christmas up here.

So let's start with the cruise pictures that I mentioned in the last update. As many of you know, we went on a Cruise to the Bahamas, with lots of family and friends, back in October. We had lots of fun. Bringing a two year old on a cruise was maybe not the best idea but we managed to have a great time anyway.

Here's Jackson at the start of the cruise with the smoke stack in the background. For some reason he insisted on calling it the stack smoke.

We had an extra bed in our cabin that folded out of the wall. Jackson and Hunter loved it. They called it the elevator bed.

Breakfast in bed was also a welcomed perk.

We went to the aquarium on Paradise Island.

And we had Lunch at Senor Frog's. Fortunately Jackson was sound asleep on Grandpa's shoulder. So Mommy and Daddy got to enjoy a nice lunch.

This was our view from our lunch table.

After lunch, Jackson woke up and we went down to the nearest public beach with Jay and Denise and the Davis Family.
Here's Jackson collecting Big rocks from the sea.

Then we headed back to the ship to get ready for dinner.

At dinner, Jackson made a delicious concoction of water and bread, mixed in a wine glass.

And then he DRANK IT!!!

The bathroom in our cabin served as Jackson's surrogate fire station. He spent a lot of time in there. Don't as me. He's two.
Here he is making ghosts with with towels.

That was the cruise in a nut shell. We had fun despite the fact that Jackson wore us out. He had enough fun to wear himself out by the end.
